Jane Marsden and her daughter, Janie Marsden-Willis, give new meaning to the phrase “family run business”. This pair runs a business enterprise unique to Atlanta in looks, quality, and sheer daring.

The location itself along side of the historical Peachtree Creek is not far from the site of a famous battle during the Civil War. And the building and complex the shop is located in looks as if one stepped on to a street in Paris.

Jane Marsden Antiques and Interiors have had a presence in Atlanta for over 4 decades. The shop has been in its current location for over 25 years. It is one of the largest shops in Atlanta, spanning two floors and 7000 square feet. It has shelves and shelves of Chinese Export, Japanese Imari, English and French antique porcelains. Chandeliers and lanterns hang from the ceilings illuminating the antique furniture below. Smalls and accessories adorn the furniture with rugs lining the floors.

The shop also offers the service of interior design, both residential and commercial.
Through extensive travels in Europe and South America, in search of antiques for the store, the Marsden team has developed a passion for interiors that are classic, timeless, and sophisticated. Jane and Janie believe that the home is a true expression of its owner’s personality. They like to take a relaxed approach to the design process and draw from the client’s dreams and specifications to create a design that is a reality. Service and attention to detail is of upmost importance.
