Szalon (pronounced “salon”) is dedicated to Hungarian and Central European antiques of the early 20th Century. The showroom features furniture and decorative arts from the Vienna Secession, Art Deco and Bauhaus eras, presenting a highly accomplished treasure trove to American collectors. Rarely seen in the U.S., Hungarian design combines indigenous motifs with medieval and eastern influences for uniquely-flavored Modernist furnishings.
